Function of the role:
This role will be responsible for delivering local IT services in the Boston office in close partnership with our IT group team based in Paris.
They will ensure the full satisfaction of the end users in combination with IT group requirements and policy. Additionally they will provide direct support to local users, acting as level 1 and 2 support in the resolution of routine queries relating to hardware and software applications.
Beyond these activities they will look for opportunities to streamline processes and, where possible, put forward suggestions for improving end user experience and minimizing lead times for deployment of IT. They will build and manage relationships with local vendors as well as Leyton's outsourced IT support provider, ensuring standards are met on timeliness and quality of service.
A ‘customer first' approach is essential to the role, combined with strong stakeholder management skills and an ability to prioritize competing requirements effectively whilst maintaining effective communication. A keen eye for improving processes and implementing best practice in IT operations is essential to continued success and growth.

Main Responsibilities will include:
Level 1-2 support management (Incidents resolution and laptop setup, production support)
New hire IT setup and induction
This role is located in Boston, MA. and will be in office 2-4 days a week depending on business needs, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays required.
Active directory administration
Asset management (hardware, software, service agreements)
Provide support for new releases and deployments
Perform incident analysis and take actions
Requirements: Desired experience and skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or experience in a similar role
2 – 4 years of experience in a relevant role, providing IT support in a fast-paced multisite environment
IT Project Management/Coordination experience
Excellent analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail and a methodical work style
Highly organized and articulate with strong communication skills
Demonstrable experience working to tight deadlines and balancing competing demands from senior stakeholders
Windows 10 knowledge
MS Office Application Suite
Endpoint management (antivirus, remote management, backups)
Solid understanding of desktop level connectivity and networking issues (LAN, WiFi, client VPN)
Strong written communication skills with the ability to document accurately and thoroughly
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
