- Oversee daily operations of multiple plasma donation centers, ensuring they meet performance goals in terms of donor volume, productivity, and profitability.
- Ensure centers operate in compliance with regulatory standards (FDA, EU, etc.) and company policies.
- Monitor and optimize the collection process, staffing levels, and inventory management to maximize efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and mentor Center Managers, ensuring they are equipped to meet organizational and performance goals.
- Foster a positive work environment, ensuring high levels of staff engagement and morale.
- Develop training programs and succession plans to support employee growth within the region.
- Ensure all plasma centers maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies, including the FDA and OSHA.
- Regularly audit donation centers for adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Implement corrective actions and improvements when necessary to maintain compliance.
- Drive financial performance by developing and executing strategies to achieve revenue and cost targets.
- Review financial reports for each center and take appropriate action to manage expenses and increase profitability.

- Track record of managing financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards such as FDA, OSHA, EU regulations, and cGMP requirements.
- Strong understanding of plasma donation processes and operational best practices.
- Familiarity with quality assurance and safety protocols in healthcare settings.
- Knowledge of business management principles, including financial planning, resource allocation, and performance evaluation.
