Clearance Requirements: Top Secret Security Clearance with Polygraph (TS/SCI poly)
Responsibilities
Selected candidates will enroll and schedule personnel test dates, prepare/handle test material, perform basic testing application trouble-shooting for test facility computers, deliver and proctor tests according to customer regulations with minimal supervision, provide familiarization training for personnel new to the testing center, and maintain databases for statistical/informational purposes.
Qualifications
- 4 years in Microsoft Office Suite of products (e.g. Excel, Word and Power Point) and have basic application trouble-shooting skills.
- 3 years documented experience in a customer service environment
- 2 years of experience performing as a Test Proctor doing similar duties administering tests in a variety of formats and perform all of the duties referenced above. In lieu of Test Proctor experience, two (2) years of experience as a Command Language Program Manager, may be substituted.
- Experience working with on-line dictionary usage for Professional Qualification Examination (PQE) formatted level-3 tests, as appropriate and experience troubleshooting the most common computer glitches associated with test taking (for example responding to a test taker’s “help” function or retrieving a test when accidentally deleted).
