Job Summary:
As a Software Product Manager at LGCY Power, you will play a critical role in driving the development and enhancement of our software products that support our residential solar operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, sales, and marketing to define product strategies, gather requirements, and oversee the successful delivery of software solutions. Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our software products
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to customer preferences
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and feature specifications
- Work closely with engineering teams to drive the product development process, from ideation to deployment, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Monitor key performance metrics and user feedback to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Proven experience as a Software Product Manager or similar role in a software development environment
- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies
- Experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is strongly preferred
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools is required
