Local company is looking for a multi-talented, self-motivated, independent thinker to assist the CEO on a daily as-needed basis. The candidate will be required to be able to work on projects independently and also as a part of a team. This is a fast-paced and intensely active environment that will keep any candidate busy and engaged. Each day will be different, and the candidate will be expected to quickly switch from task to task as assigned or needed.
Responsibilities:
- Performs a broad range of professional and personal administrative support duties to ensure that the office and related work are being managed timely, efficiently, and effectively.
- Keep Schedule for President of company - Daily meetings, travel, project completion make sure all meetings of company have an agenda and notes are updated.
- Take meticulous notes during company meetings and follow-up with staff members on tasks assigned during said meetings.
- Complete phone calls & emails needed.
- Prints, assembles, and organizes documents for executive staff members.
- Proactively ensures all legal documents are reviewed, executed and filed on a timely basis.
- Has a proven ability to multi-task while maintaining a professional attitude.
- Preserves the confidentiality of information.
Qualifications:
- Related law firm or corporate work experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional organizational, proofreading, written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to work under strict time constraints and consistently meet assigned deadlines
- High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, internet applications, and mobile devices
- Detail oriented self-starter with demonstrated ability to interact and communicate appropriately and professionally with senior management and Company employees at all levels
- Solid time management skills with the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities with a professional, friendly attitude in a fast-paced work environment
- Able to work with minimal supervision, work well individually as well as in a team environment, easily share appropriate information, act as a problem solver and readily support colleagues as appropriate
