Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant supports assigned leadership positions with administrative, secretarial and office duties.
Supports assigned leadership positions with phone messages, e-mails, scanning, typing, filing, scheduling and computer related skills.
Assists in maintaining appearance, function, and supplies for the assigned leaders.
Schedules appointments for the assigned leadership positions and scheduling meeting times and places daily.
Maintains confidentiality appropriate to the assigned leadership team in dealing with acquisitions, contracts (both personnel and business), patient and employee information and audit materials, etc.
Maintains personnel files and correspondence, including organizational charts, sales charts, weekly schedule charts, power point presentations, travel agendas, etc. as needed.
Responsible for mail, scanning and fax disbursement for the supports assigned leadership positions daily.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must have computer skills, clerical-business machine skills, telephone communication skills, and able to type.
- Must possess general clerical skills and organizational skills.
