Bilingual HR Specialist


LHH is currently recruiting for a Spanish-speaking professional for an HR Specialist opening in Morrisville, NC. This is a permanent, direct hire role. As the HR Specialist you will work with employees on any HR-related inquiry. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding and benefits administration. This role will sit onsite and will require occassional visits to other locations.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to HR team when implementing programs to improve the emploeye experience
  • Act as a resource for HR-related questions from employees
  • Onboard new employees
  • Assist in benefits administration
  • Recruit for open roles

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • 1 year of HR experience
  • Strong communication skills
