LHH Recruitment Solutions has a direct hire opening for a Customer Service Specialist in Jacksonville, Florida. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years related experience. You will have the opportunity to explain services, set up new accounts, assist members with their consumer lending needs, and respond to/resolve problems.
Responsibilities:
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and cross-sell services to members.
- Receive and process member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments
- Assist members with their financial transactions involving receiving and disbursing cash and other negotiable instruments.
Experience:
3 to 5 years of related experience in a customer service/call center environment
Compensation: $18 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM, 40 hours per week
