Sales and Events Account Manager
Location: Emeryville, CA (Hybrid - 1 to 2 days per week onsite)
Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 annually DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of party and catering clients, ensuring consistent tracking and follow-up.
- Communicate effectively with clients to book events at our Emeryville location.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback across all platforms, including Google, Yelp, and our Events Line.
- Attend and network at events to generate party bookings and establish event planning contacts.
- Engage in community outreach to promote party bookings and increase our client base.
- Coordinate bar crawl communications and inclusion to enhance our event offerings.
- Identify opportunities with large organizations and multiple departments, promoting our event spaces to meet their needs.
- Clearly communicate our event packages to attract small, medium, and large corporate clients.
- Assist with e-newsletter campaigns, event postings, and website updates to keep our clients informed and engaged.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the food and beverage or golf industry.
- Strong familiarity with Triple Seat and Google Suite.
- Experience with BEOs and contract management.
- A bubbly, go-getter attitude with excellent communication skills.
- A great personality that shines through in interactions with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple events and deadlines.
- Flexibility to be on call during weekends for lead responses.
