Job Title: Accounts Payable Analyst

Pay: $26 - $30 per hour (Based on Experience)
Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Experience: 5 years of prior experience in high-volume accounts payable, preferably in the insurance industry
Responsibilities:
As a Direct Hire Accounts Payable Analyst, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Invoice Processing: Efficiently handle the processing of high-volume invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Matching and Coding: Match invoices with purchase orders, code invoices appropriately, and perform data entry tasks.
- Weekly Check Runs: Assist in the execution of weekly check runs and other payment processes.
- Month-End Close Assistance: Collaborate in activities related to month-end closing procedures for accounts payable.
- 1099s: Contribute to the preparation and issuance of 1099 forms as necessary.
- Expense Reports: prepare monthly expense reports and imbursements
- Obtain appropriate approval from managers
- Enter invoices to NetSuite and process payments
Qualifications:
- 5 years of prior experience in high-volume accounts payable, with a preference for candidates with a background in the insurance industry.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Familiar with NetSuite preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial data entry.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
