They are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team.
Position Overview: As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our client’s financial data and processing the accounts payable timely.

Position Overview: As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our client’s financial data and processing the accounts payable timely.
Responsibilities:
- Process complex accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Process employee expense reports monthly
- Prepare weekly check runs and payments to subcontractors
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any vendor issues
- Review and verify purchase orders for accuracy and assist with any issues
- Process sales and use tax
- 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Viewpoint, Procore, Sage, or similar system) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of construction accounting principles is a plus.
