What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable Clerk position at LHH?
LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients looking to fill an Accounts Receivable Clerk job opportunity for the corporate office located in Benicia, CA. This position is hybrid and will be in-office 3 days a week. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of Accounts Receivable experience with a portion of the job focused on collections and client management. The role will be responsible for performing daily outbound calls, attending to inbound calls, reconciliation of customer accounts, produce daily AR aging reports, daily research and investigation, generate customer statements, and assist with other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong Accounts Receivable and Collections experience
- Solid knowledge of accounting knowing your debits and credits
- Software experience with SAGE would be a plus
- Team player, able to work independently, patient and friendly
- Reliable, dedicated, and goal and result oriented
- Detailed, a problem-solver, and organized
- Strong customer service and communications both written and verbal
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections (AR Clerk, AR Specialist, Collection Specialist)
Compensation: $20.00 – $25.00
