Position Title : Administrative Assistant
Duration : Contract to hire
Location : Onsite in Harrisburg, OR
Pay Range : $20-$22 per hour
Hours : M-F, full time, flexibility on start time

Job Summary : LHH Recruitment is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a long standing client based in Harrisburg, OR.
Our client has been in business for almost a century and has plans to continue their great work to support the Oregon community.
This is an entry level role, and we are seeking someone who is excited and motivated to learn new office skills. If you have exposure to invoicing, accounting or administration, even bigger plus!
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and direct visitors
- Answer and forward calls
- Assist with internal and external meetings and event planning
- Assisting with invoicing and reporting on bank documents
- Creating reports for clients, ensuring pricing and inventory is listed correctly
- Post company news on social media pages
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Reliability and a positive attitude
- Great communication and organization
