What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at LHH?
LHH is partnering with a client in Colfax searching for an Administrative Assistant to join their team! This client is growing, so will provide growth opportunities in the future! This role will be onsite M-F 8-5 and will be permanent with benefits paying $35-40k.
Responsbilities :
Directly support the CEO with day-to-day functions including, but not limited to calendar management, travel arrangements, and event coordination
Review CEO’s daily calendar and ensure each task is prioritized
Review all attendees of meetings, conferences, events, etc. and ensure all logistics for the events are scheduled (catering, event spaces, hotels, flights, car pickups, meeting documentation)
Ensure CEO has coffee / necessary food and beverage throughout the day
Schedule appointments and monthly / quarterly meetings
Qualifications :
Administrative experience is preferred, but flexible
Experience using Microsoft Suite
Must be self-sufficient, able to take initiative, stay one step ahead and think outside the box
