- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Schedule meeting's and manage the calendar efficiently.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in the coordination of meetings, trainings, and events as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of information and sensitive documents.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Previous experience as an office setting is required.
- Proficiency MS Office Suite preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional experience in an office is desirable.
