Admissions Specialist
Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading healthcare company to fill their open Admissions Specialist job in Malvern, PA.
To qualify, you must have at least six months of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. Previous experience in the healthcare industry and / or in a call center environment are strongly preferred.
This is a TEMPORARY job opportunity that is expected to last through the end of 2024. Depending on your performance and our client’s needs, this could result in a permanent position in the company.
You will earn $ per hour in this role and you will also be eligible to sign up for LHH’s benefits programs during the temporary period (details below).

Responsibilities :
- Responding to a high volume of patient inquiries over phone and e-mail
- Requesting patient placements through outbound calls to hospitals and other healthcare providers
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with internal staff and healthcare providers, including in-person visits with providers
- Entering and updating patient information into the database
- Processing all documents required for patient placement
- Maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Providing excellent customer service
- All other related tasks as required
Qualifications :
- At least six months of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- The ability to work effectively on a team
- Strong emotional intelligence and empathy
Compensation :
- Hourly rate of $
