LHH Recrutiment Solutions is seeking a Contract Analyst open to a permanent on-site position in Kansas City, MO. Ideal candidates will have experience drafting policy forms, and reviewing sales materials.

 

Title: Contract Analyst

Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday Flexible Schedule

 

Compensation: $60,000-$75,000 annual salary

    •  

    Responsibilities:

  • Formulating policies and drafting relative to laws and regulations of the applicable jurisdictions for various products
  • Oversee complex projects in the legislative and regulatory framework
  • Remains up-to-date on all new requirements and changes surrounding the administration and development of product
  • Creates state specific policy forms and responds to states' objections and/or questions
  • Work collaboratively with Sales to review materials for compliance

    Qualifications:

  • Experience with SERFF and/or I File systems is a plus, but not required
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or experience with a variety of insurance products
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the following insurances: Disability, Self-Funded, Life, Individual, Group and Annuity business
  • Understanding of marketing and administrative functions relative to laws and regulations
