What are the responsibilities and job description for the AR/Billing Specialist position at LHH?

LHH is partnering with a major manufacturing group located near Lawrenceville, GA to search for their next contract Corporate Billing Specialist! 

Requirements:

  • 3 years of recent billing, accounts receivable experience
  • Research of exceptions 
  • Knowledge of reviewing invoice discrepancies
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, vlookup)
  • Excellent customer service focus

    •  

    Responsibilities:

  • Work with other teams to resolve variances, remit issues, A/R discrepancies, etc.
  • Complete new customer account set up and changes in customer data
  • Resolution of discrepancies and exceptions 
  • Provide customer analysis and reporting as needed
