My client is looking for their next (Direct Hire) Bilingual HR Manager. In this role, you will provide overall administration of HR duties, including on boarding, terminations, performance reviews, etc. for a top global premium beef supplier.

Responsibilities:

Develops and administers various human resources plan and procedures for all company personnel.

Support organization in all HR matters including recruitment, performance management, coaching, training, benefits, and compensation.

Interpret and advise on policies and procedures and employment laws.

Handle employee relations and questions

Required Skills/Abilities:

Fluent Spanish Required

Previous experience with 500 employee head count

5 years experience in Human Resource

SHRM or HRCI preferred

Employment Type: Direct Hire/ Full-Time

Location: Brawley, CA - ONSITE
