LHH Recruitment is seeking a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Receivables Clerk located in Jacksonville, FL. The AR Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to billing processes, invoicing, communication, accounting, and finance. The ideal candidate will have automotive billing experience and CDK accounting software knowledge.

Qualifications
- Billing Process and Invoicing skills
- Strong communication skills
- Accounting and Finance knowledge
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with billing systems or software
- Proficiency in MS Excel or other spreadsheet software
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Associates Degree preferred, but not required
- At least 3 years working in Billing or Accounts Receivables
- Experience in non-profits a plus!
- Strong communication skills
- Highly proficient in MS Excel and Qualia
- Values professionalism
- Onsite, Full Time
- Contract to hire
- Compensation: $22-24/hr
