Compensation and Benefits Analyst
Temporary, 6-8 month contract
Pay: $75-90/hr
Location: Hybrid- Conshohocken PA
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Preparation:
- Prepare data for compensation and benefits analyses.
- Clean reported data and verify its quality.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to provide accurate data.
- Salary Benchmarking:
- Work closely with external consulting firms for salary benchmarking.
- Analyze compensation trends and provide insights.
- Variable Pay Calculation:
- Calculate variable pay (e.g., bonuses, incentives, stock options) under the supervision of the C&B specialist.
- Audit and Compliance:
- Run audit reports to ensure compliance with policies.
- Inform the C&B Manager about audit results.
- Compensation Changes:
- Approve compensation changes based on defined rules (salary adjustments, variable pay changes, incentive plan allocations).
- Basic C&B Consultation:
- Advise other HR team members on fundamental compensation and benefits topics.
- Analyze compensation data against policies and report non-compliant cases.
- Skill Set:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Workday Experience
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management and self-management abilities.
- Team player mindset.
