Responsibilities
- Tax Compliance: Expert in federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Financial Controls: Develop, implement, and maintain robust financial controls for rapid growth.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee accounting systems, ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate reporting.
- Financial Leadership: Drive financial strategy, analysis, and decision-making.
- Operational Finance: Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead high-performing accounting teams.
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree
- CPA
- Private Equity experience
