This position will be responsible for communication with clients via telephone and email regarding account questions/inquiries, and logging information into software. Our ideal candidate would obtain at least 1-2 years of data entry experience.
Responsibilities:
-Conducting inbound/outbound phone calls and emails daily regarding account questions/inquiries
-Providing solutions/answers and escalating if needed
-Documenting information into software
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or GED
-At least 1-2 years of previous experience
-Strong written and verbal communication
-Microsoft Office "Savvy"
