What are the responsibilities and job description for the Healthcare Customer Service position at LHH?

Patient Registration

Have you considered a career in healthcare and are willing to work rotating shifts? LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Patient Registration Admin for a contract-to-hire position in Martinsville, IN. Primary responsibility will be to check patients-in. Company will train and this is an excellent opportunity to launch a career in healthcare.

 

Responsibilities

  • Check patients-in, verify demographics and insurance.
  • Collect co-pays and provide excellent customer service.
  • May take on other administrative tasks as needed.
  •  

    Experience:

  • Previous healthcare experience not required, but is a bonus.
  • Two years of prior customer service experience
  • Willingness to learn and grow!
  •  

    Compensation: Starts at $16.00/hour

    Schedule: 11am-11pm, rotating
