Job Title: HR Coordinator

Employment Type: Contract, Contract to Hire

Summary: LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for an HR Coordinator in the St. Louis area. As an HR Coordinator, your work will support the HR department and employees across multiple departments. If this sounds like the right fit for you, please apply now!

City: St. Louis, MO

Compensation: approx. $50,000 annually (DOE)

Responsibilities:

  • Support HR Business Partners
  • Process various confidential forms and maintain personnel records in accordance with state and federal laws
  • Provide administrative assistance to the HR team
  • Respond to, support, and route employee questions and concerns
  • Schedule and manage calendaring operations for the HR team
  • Communicate with candidates regarding phone screening, interviews, new hire paperwork, and potential pre-hire requirements
  • Work with candidates throughout the onboarding process
  • Manage and maintain HRIS/HR systems
  • Aid in the completion of ad hoc projects

    • You are an ideal candidate if you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar field (preferred)
  • 1-2 years of experience working in an HR or Administrative capacity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Familiarity using Microsoft Office Suite, Payroll and HR software
  • A desire to connect with people from all walks of life
  • Willingness to learn and perform a variety of functions while maintaining a positive attitude

    • Schedule: Typically M-F 8am-5pm, with potential remote/hybrid options
