Human Resources Coordinator
LHH is seeking a HR coordinator for a long term, temporary contract in Bowie, MD. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience with human resource functions and will have touched on administrative support and recruiting efforts.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with onboarding efforts
Supporting the Human Resources team by performing administrative tasks
Check references on behalf of the HR department
Assist the HR department with daily operations
Screening resumes
Perform data entry duties as needed
Coordinate new employee orientation monthly
Maintain employee records
Coordinate HR meetings and seminars
Assist with projects for the HR department as needed
Qualifications:
Organized and efficient
Very well written and verbal communication
Ability to adapt in situations
4-year Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of relative HR experience
Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with HRIS preferred
Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
