LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a full-time HR Generalist in the Ybor, FL area. Our client is looking to bring on a Human Resources Generalist to oversee all HR activities. This will include, benefits, hiring, onboarding, employee relations, company policies and processes, and special projects. This role will be in a fast-paced environment, require team-work and independent projects. This will be an on-site work position within the Unites States. Competitive benefits and comparable compensation based on experience. Ideal candidate will need to have experience in the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical field.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage compliance, employee relations, training, recruiting, payroll, and employee benefits.
- Hands-on recruitment activities of internal and external staffing support functions
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Maintain Compliance with federal and state regulations with knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, laws or standards.
- Provide and implement development plans and programs and support with employee performance management
- Conduct initial orientation and onboarding of new employees
- Posting jobs on job boards, social media and internal sites and resources
- Manage compensation programs, retention plans and future growth strategies
- Working with benefit brokers and 401K
- Ensure that the integrated human resource strategies and policies align with the organizational needs and goals.
- Serve as an HR acquisition and integration specialist to manage the human resource function for the strategical integrations and employee acquisitions Consulting/Workforce Planning to include Job Description Development (i.e. Salary, Location, Ideal Candidate (i.e. Talent Tool Kit), Talent Acquisition Coordination, keeping the Approval Process movement (Requisition Management, Tier Levels), Interview Process Monitoring (i.e. aid Hiring Managers in prescreens/interviews, HRBP conduct higher level role interviews and prescreens), Extends Job Offers in collaboration with Talent Acquisition
- Identifies what are inappropriate and unsuitable interventions that might disrupt the business framework.
- Provides counseling, coaching, mentorship, and guidance for employees as well as the executives to target better performance.
- Manage and look after the employee relation metrics, diagnose the issues, and eradicate the root cause of these challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree minimum
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Human Recourses, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Recruiting or related field
- Strong computer skills and people person mentality
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a team and individually
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams), with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
