Hourly Rate: $40 - $42/hr
Job Summary:
LHH is working with an educational organization in Philadelphia that is looking to hire a part time HR Business Partner on a temporary basis for an indefinite time frame. The schedule is 3 days a week, 8 hours a day, with a total of 24 hours per week. The qualified candidate should have at least 3 to 5 years of experience as an HRBP.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the team with overflow of HR projects and initiatives
- Review and advise on employee relations as needed
- Analyze company trends and metrics
- Focus on enhancing company training programs
- Help with additional tasks as assigned
Required Experience:
- At least 3 – 5 years of related experience within an HRBP role
- Experience working in an HRIS, Paychecks a plus
- Working knowledge of PA laws and regulations
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on deadlines and level of importance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
