Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading supply company to fill their open Human Resources Coordinator job in Golden, CO. To qualify, you must possess at least one year of recent, relevant experience. Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred. Our client is a stable company that has over 200 locations. This is a TEMPORARY (potentially temp-to-hire) job opportunity where you will earn between $21.00 and $25.00 per hour, depending on your level of previous experience. This role is expected to last at least 6 months, with the possibility of extension and potential conversion later on, depending on our client's future needs. During the temporary period, you will be eligible to sign up for LHH's benefits programs (details below). You will also be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package if you become a permanent employee.
Responsibilities:
-Scheduling interviews for the Recruiters
-Sending out offer letters
-Processing background checks and drug screens
-Processing new hire paperwork
-Assisting with new hire orientations
-All other related tasks as required
Qualifications:
-At least one year of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
-Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred
-Excellent attention to detail
-Excellent customer service skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
