Applicant needs to have experience in all functions of HR including benefits, payroll, recruitment, employee relations, performance management etc. This person should also have previous management experience.
What you will do:
- Lead the HR department in all functions.
- Employee relations-investigations, performance reviews and recruitment.
- Manage a team of 1-HR Generalist.
- Strategic planning.
- Benefits-open enrollment.
- Mentoring and training.
What you need:
- At least 4 years of experience in all functions of HR.
- At least 2 years of management experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experinece.
- Self-sufficient, independent, familiar with being a small HR department.
Other:
- Fully onsite position.
- $85k-$120k.
