Responsibilities:
Assist in daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy of transactions.
Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements for management review.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial data and documentation.
Assist in the preparation of tax-related documents and filings.
Help maintain internal controls to ensure financial data integrity.
Contribute to process improvements to enhance the efficiency of accounting operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
0-2 years of relevant accounting experience (internships or entry-level positions).
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and concepts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
