Litigation Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Litigation Paralegal for one of our clients in Essex County, New Jersey. This role is fully onsite Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with document production
  • Assist with drafting legal documents including motions, pleadings, discovery memorandums and other relevant legal documents
  • Prepare, review, and file legal documents
  • Experience with trial preparation, preparing trial binders, organizing exhibits, scheduling, and communicating with clients

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or paralegal certificate, preferred
  • 2 years of commercial litigation experience, preferred
  • Understanding of the litigation process for large cases, a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

    • Salary

  • $60,000 to $90,000, dependent on experience
