What are the responsibilities and job description for the LOA Specialist position at LHH?
100% Remote -- M-F 8AM-5PM. This is a 6 month project to assist with the influx of accommodation they have been making for their staff.. This can be anywhere from 10-20 leaves Top three requirements 1) 3 years of experience in HR 2) MUST come with knowledge of LOA's 3) Has worked with an HRIS system in the past -- Paycom experience a plus but not a deal breaker they will train on the system. SW: MS Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel), Paycom (They are switching over to UKG United Kronos Group in the future). Culture/Softskill: they are an organization who leads with & assumes positive intent.
