This is a 100% onsite position with a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 with uncapped bonus/Commission
Position Overview: As the Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our client’s logistics operations. You will bring over 10 years of sales and leadership experience within a third-party logistics (3PL) environment. Your proven track record in sales and revenue growth will be essential in driving the company’s logistics performance to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales, with a demonstrated ability to grow revenue and secure new business.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective logistics strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Client Focus: A customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
