Location:
This role is in Tillamook, Oregon. The company is open to considering out of the area/state candidates and can offer a relocation package for this role.
Compensation:
$110-135k base annual discretionary bonus.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and administering a preventative maintenance schedule, managing the maintenance department, and ensuring the overall upkeep and safety of our building and its surroundings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and administer a preventative maintenance schedule.
- Complete FMX Maintenance tickets in a timely manner and ensure all tickets are properly documented, including completed forms and/or closed in the computer system.
- Monitor the general condition of the building and surroundings at all times, walking the property regularly.
- Maintain knowledge of all types of mechanical equipment including chillers, boilers, refrigeration dryers, ovens, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Stay updated on local building code and other applicable building laws; blueprint reading and building construction knowledge is desirable.
- Manage the sourcing, interviewing, culture training, and ongoing development of the maintenance department, with a focus on team member satisfaction.
- Ensure all fire and safety inspections are completed and any discrepancies are corrected.
- Obtain pricing and bids and/or develop cost estimates as directed from third-party contractors.
- Monitor supplies and maintain the working order of tools and equipment, maintain respective inventories, and complete orders as necessary.
- Ensure a monthly tool inventory is completed and documented.
- Ensure all monthly, quarterly, and yearly documentation, including but not limited to preventative maintenance forms and brand standard required documentation, is completed and submitted to the Plant Manager for review in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain a clean and safe working space.
- Ensure all monthly, quarterly, and yearly inspections are done timely and accurately.
- Follow company policies and procedures and effectively communicate them to subordinates.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical equipment, including chillers, boilers, refrigeration dryers, ovens, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with local building codes, applicable building laws, blueprint reading, and building construction is desirable.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to work with an array of personalities within the maintenance department.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to obtain pricing and bids from third-party contractors and develop cost estimates.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
