Manufacturing Engineer
LHH is currently searching for a Mechanical Engineer for a full-time position in the Columbus Ohio. This is an ideal role for a professional with experience in the design of custom capital equipment ready to grow their career.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with leadership and production teams to conduct capacity studies.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to design parts, mechanical assemblies, and capital equipment to meet specific needs in SolidWorks.
- Manage project process including working directly with customers to meet demand.
- Developed Project cost estimations and budgeting.
- Create and review shop drawings and bill of materials for custom projects.
- Identify and lead opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 3 plus years of Capital Equipment Design Experience in SolidWorks
- Experience in custom manufacturing environment
Employment Type: Full-time
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k plans
Hours: Monday through Friday 8-4
Salary: $75,000 to $90,000/year based on experience
