Overview:

We are seeking a Mechatronics Engineer to join our team, focusing on Thermal Management projects using cutting-edge tools and innovative technologies.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience with pumps (preferably coolant), valves (preferably coolant control valves with multiple ports), or brushless motors.
• Experience in thermal management and validating/testing mechatronic components.
• Knowledge of application engineering and validation engineering preferred.
• Experience with electrical interfaces and communication protocols (e.g., LIN, PWM).
• Experience with the design and release of thermal coolant modules preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechatronic systems and components, including hardware, mechanical structures, sensors, actuators, and control algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.
• Integrate next-level system requirements to align with overall system architecture.
• Utilize Electrical/Electronic (E/E) architecture knowledge to design and implement electrical systems that meet performance and safety standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and performance evaluations to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 14229, ISO 26262, Automotive SPICE).
• Document design specifications, test procedures, and project updates.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in mechatronic system design, hardware, software, and integration.
• Familiarity with Automotive SPICE and other quality/engineering tools (e.g., FMEA).
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Hands-on experience with hardware, sensors, actuators, motors, and other electromechanical components and their validation.
