Organizing and coordinating ingoing and outgoing mail
Assist with event planning, setting up meetings, and breaking down the meeting rooms
Restock and set up kitchen
Order supplies
Help with any light repairs around the office
Qualifications:
Must have good communications
H.S. Diploma
3 years in Office Assistant background
Knows how to operate office equipment
The anticipated pay range is between $18-$19/hr.
