Patient Service Rep
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring multiple Patient Service Reps for our healthcare client with multiple locations in Phoenix.
This will be a contract-to-hire opportunity and will be 100% onsite work environment. The role will be focused on assisting patients with medical registration, scheduling patient appointments, updating patient demographics, and triaging calls as needed.
This will be a high-volume role in a fast-paced environment!
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years healthcare administrative / healthcare call center experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR Systems
Skills
- Must have excellent phone etiquette skills and give a great customer service experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly throughout the day
- Self-motivated and able to meet production metrics as given by management
- Ability to problem-solve under pressure and make sound judgement calls as needed
- Experienced utilizing Microsoft Office and EMR systems
- Experience in a high-volume call center role strongly desired
