Patient Service Rep
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Patient Service Rep for our healthcare client located in Everett, WA. This role will be 100% onsite, full-time schedule, and a contract opportunity.
The role will be focused on providing an excellent customer service experience for our client's patients and performing administrative duties for the team.
This will include patient check in / out, registering new patients, performing phone and email correspondence, scheduling patient appointments, verifying insurances, and other clerical duties as needed.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years healthcare administrative experience required
- Proficiency within Microsoft Office and EMR Systems

- Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different tasks throughout the day
- Able to remain organized and prioritize duties
- Tech savvy and ability to work within different software systems
