LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Payroll Specialist (or Analyst), for a permanent position, working a hybrid schedule, for a company in Richmond, Virginia.
Duties include:
High volume, multi-state payroll processing, as well as payroll reporting and analyzing back end data; run and balance weekly and biweekly payroll and multi-state payroll taxes.
Ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience.
The candidate needs to be organized, able to work in a fast paced environment with strong communication and computer skills to include intermediate Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP and subtotals), Outlook and Word.
Permanent Salary Range: $55K to $70K, depending on experience.
