LHH is currently searching for an experienced Product Manager for a permanent role with our client in the Irving, TX area. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of PHYSICAL product management experience preferably within the power equipment industry. This is a fully onsite opportunity at our client’s office in the Irving, TX area.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including ideation, product design, development, and commercialization
- Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and customer insights to define product strategies and roadmaps
- Manage and mentor a team of product specialists, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful product execution
- Work closely with sales, marketing, R&D, and operations to ensure alignment between product offerings and business goals
- Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure quality standards and production timelines are met
- Monitor product profitability and drive cost optimization efforts to ensure product lines meet financial targets
- Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage risks to ensure on-time delivery of product launches
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings
- Ensure products meet industry standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience
- Physical product experience required, preferably within the power equipment industry
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Management experience required, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong understanding of product development processes, supply chains, and manufacturing
- Experience with data analysis tools and methods for tracking product performance and customer insights
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to work onsite at our client’s office in Irving 5 days/week
