Growing manufacturer with a presence in southside of Chicago is seeking a Production Supervisor.

Note: The hours for this position are Monday - Thursday 4:30 pm - 3 am with occasional overtime.
The ideal candidate will oversee safe and proper manufacturing of the company's products. In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the company, and coordinating a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on / shop floor leadership of all the different manufacturing cells
- Direct, train and coach employees
- Monitor productivity and ensure the safe use of machines and equipment
Qualifications
- Manufacturing Leadership Experience
- Bilingual English / Spanish
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
