In this role, you'll lead executive reporting, ensure data accuracy, and drive process improvements across the organization.
What You'll Do :
- Lead the creation, updating, and maintenance of reports to ensure visibility on issues.
- Ensure data accuracy through continuous quality checks and collaborate with project teams for updates.
- Oversee reporting tools and collaborate with the development team to enhance reporting features.
- Evaluate and enhance current program management and reporting processes.
- Create and manage training for Issues Management reporting.
- Support reporting goals by coordinating with various business divisions.
- Facilitate complex interactions and forums with senior management.
- Develop practical solutions to challenges in governance efforts.
- Partner with teams to improve issue delivery processes.
Qualifications :
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / O365, Jira, and PowerBI
- Strong experience in executive reporting and PowerPoint presentation
