We are on the lookout for a talented Midlevel Real Estate Associate who is eager to contribute to a growing team. Position Details: As a Midlevel Real Estate Associate, you will be immersed in a wide range of commercial real estate matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle commercial real estate transactions, including REITs, working with developers, leases, acquisitions, and land use
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team in the Tampa office
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of real estate experience
- Proven expertise in commercial real estate
- Familiarity with REITs, developer collaborations, lease agreements, acquisitions, litigation, and land use is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment and Culture:
- Enjoy a flexible hybrid work environment with the expectation to be in the office approximately 3 times a week

Compensation and Billable Hours:
