Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading facilities company to fill their open Remote Dispatcher job.
This is a TEMPORARY job opportunity. You will earn between $ and $ You will also be able to sign up for LHH’s benefits programs (details below).
Responsibilities :
- Planning and scheduling daily and long-term work for facility maintenance teams
- Receiving and scheduling job orders
- Providing excellent customer service
- Scheduling and dispatching work to team members
- Maintaining work order logs and running reports
- Assisting with purchasing material and services
- Data entry and verification
- All other related tasks as required
Qualifications :
- At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar experience
- Previous experience with dispatching facilities and maintenance crews preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
Compensation :
- Hourly rate between $ and $
