What are the responsibilities and job description for the Remote Recruiter position at LHH?

We are currently seeking candidates to fill a plethora of Remote, Hybrid and on-site opportunities in the Denver, CO area. These roles include: direct-hire, contract-to-hire and contract assignments.
Human Resources, Healthcare, Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Legal, Construction, Supply Chain & Logistics, Accounting Principals, Technology, Engineering and many more
Job Requirements:
Source, identify and prescreen qualified candidates using ATS systems, referrals, internal websites, networking and printed advertisements.
Full-Cycle recruitment process: drug screens, background checks, credit checks, reference checks etc.
Generate, track and manage leads while providing timely feedback to the hiring manager.
Coordinate and schedule candidate assessments and interviews based on availability.
Assist with negotiations, extending offers and onboarding needs for new hires.
Establish new and maintain existing client relationships by cultivating open and positive dialogue, delivering high-quality service and continued candidate pipelines.
Communicate duties, compensation, benefits and working conditions to potential candidates, enabling solid understanding of job expectations.
Provide hiring managers with well-qualified, multifaced job candidates to fill open positions.
Negotiate candidate salaries and prepare employment contracts.
Organize applicant drug tests and obtain results.
Manage and update recruitment ATS and CMS software.
Maintain informational resources, tracking and documenting requests for updates, certification and credentialing.
Evaluate employee performance levels and motivate necessary changes to meet department benchmarks.
Experience:
Demonstrated Knowledge of ATS systems
Bachelor's degree preferred
3 years recruitment preferred
