LHH is seeking a Direct Hire Sales Administrator for a client in Cypress, CA.
Training will be provided, however approximately 1 hour of relatable experience is preferable.

- Quotation Generation
- Accessory quoting and post sales management
- Catalog stocking and management
- Order processing
- Coordinate shipping arrangements, Invoice tracking and reporting
- Database entries and development (OMS/CRM)
- Developing and mailing correspondence, answering telephones
- Filing of customer: files, sales orders, invoices
- Provide administrative support to Sales staff
- Customer advocacy
- General daily office operational duties
- Office and sales event support
- Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or certifications
- 2 years related experience
- Previous experience with CRM is preferable, but not required
- Previous experience in machine tool industry preferred
- Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Experience working in a sales/field service office environment preferred
- Exceptional organization skills and flexibility workings in a fast-paced setting
- Experience with SAP, Baan, or similar ERP systems
- Advanced interpersonal skills
