Payroll Manager
LHH is seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator to be the payroll guru for a company near Golden Valley, MN. This role will be in charge of getting everything into a spreadsheet through manual processes. The ideal candidate will know Oracle Cloud, have prevailing wage experience and be doing weekly, biweekly and monthly payrolls for this construction company.
Responsibilities
- Working hard to get everything into spreadsheets through manual processes
- Weekly, biweekly and monthly payrolls
- Prevailing wage, IRA's
- Run reporting to send to prevailing wage team
- Updating rates in system and doing some analytics
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
- 5 years of payroll experience
- Oracle Cloud preferred
- Multi-State Payroll processing
- Basic understanding of accounting principles related to payroll and general ledger
- Experience at a large growth company a plus
Skills
- Proficient with Oracle Cloud
- Strong sense of urgency and deadline oriented
- Ability to perform in a fast paced environment
- Passion for payroll and have the need to investigate/resolve problems
