Staff Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to oversee a portfolio of properties for a dynamic commercial real estate firm.

Responsibilities:

• Review AP/AR, Lease Administration entries, reports, and schedules.
• Input and analyze budgets and reforecasts.
• Assist with quarterly property valuations.
• Prepare and process monthly journal entries.
• Provide detailed explanations for income statement variances.
• Review leases and leasing activities to ensure accurate billing.
• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships.
• Resolve disputes related to recoverable expenses.
• Analyze recovery rates and expenses affecting property and budgets.
• Assist with auditing.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Accounting required.
• Experience with Yardi is a huge plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume and deadline-driven environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  
  

This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $60,000 to $70,000 and benefits may include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k, etc.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
